PENCIL’s A Little Night of Music quickly became an annual staple after it launched 14 years ago. Guests arrive at the Grand Ole Opry House backstage at the artist entrance and kick off the evening with a silent auction, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in historic Studio A. Once the party is started, guests are invited to join artists on the Opry’s stage for an exclusive performance. This year’s event featured Grammy award winning songwriters Josh Osborne and Shane McAnally and a surprise appearance by none other than Sam Hunt.
We are so thrilled to announce that this year’s event was the best yet! The numbers are in and with your support we raised more than $180,000. These funds will go a long way in supporting PENCIL’s mission – linking community resources to Nashville’s public schools to help young people achieve academic success and prepare for life.
This year’s event brings the grand total for funds raised from A Little Night of Music over the past fourteen years to more than $1.5 million dollars!
We want to thank our sponsors!
