On Wednesday, April 24, business and community leaders from across Nashville will come together at the Grand Ole Opry House to celebrate 20 years of A Little Night of Music, PENCIL’s signature fundraiser. Anticipation always runs high for this popular tradition, but this year it’s more so than usual. In recognition of this landmark anniversary, Presenting Sponsor, event founder, and leading entertainment and sports agency, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), is keeping the performer’s identity a secret until the moment they appear on stage.
“We are incredibly proud of our 25-year partnership with PENCIL and ongoing support of A Little Night of Music,” said Meredith Jones Long, CAA Music Touring Agent and PENCIL Board Member. “Collectively, we’ve raised almost $3,000,000 to support Metro Nashville Public School students and continue to make impactful connections between the entertainment industry and support for education in our community.”
While speculation whirls around which celebrity from CAA’s impressive client roster might appear on the Opry House stage, plans are already in place to welcome guests for an evening of cocktails, light bites, and silent auction before a very memorable concert.
“We are so excited for what promises to be a remarkable evening you won’t want to miss,” said Christiane Buggs, PENCIL’s President and CEO. “Our friends at CAA started A Little Night of Music 20 years ago, and they continue to make it an extraordinary occasion that makes a huge impact for public education in our community.”
In addition to CAA, Dollar General, Amazon, Ryman Hospitality Properties, and Southwest Airlines are proud to present this noteworthy event that merges support for public education with great music.
Tickets are a must for this unforgettable evening and will be available until noon on Monday, April 8.
