On June 8, a group of volunteers spent the day at PENCIL as part of Deloitte’s Impact Day. Groups of volunteers spent the day power washing the outside of the building, brightening up the exterior with fresh paint, moving the remainder of LP PENCIL Box supplies to the new space, and much more!

On June 30, a group of HCA volunteers spent the day at PENCIL working on a variety of projects. Throughout the day, volunteers built a new picnic area for PENCIL staff to enjoy, planted new flowers to brighten up the landscaping, painted the handrail and touched up other exterior paint, fixed and re-stained our bench, sorted and organized new donations and restocked the LP PENCIL Box.
