Principal for a Day

PENCIL deployed more than 110 community members, as guest principals, across 68 Metro Nashville Public Schools. Guest principals spent the morning meeting students and staff and seeing first-hand the joys and responsibilities of a Metro principal. Following the in-school experience, guest principals and principals joined PENCIL for a luncheon at Lipscomb University.
